At Reverie House, many of the objects we offer are vintage, one-of-a-kind, and varied in size, weight, and material. Because of this, shipping requirements can differ considerably from one piece to another. We take care to select an appropriate shipping method for each order and to ensure every object is packed securely for its journey.
Pickup
Local pickup is available free of charge from our pickup location in Midtown Toronto, near Don Mills and Lawrence.
Pickup is available by appointment only. Once your order is confirmed, we will coordinate a convenient pickup time and provide the exact pickup details.
Greater Toronto Area Delivery
Local delivery may also be arranged throughout the Greater Toronto Area at cost.
Delivery pricing is determined by the size of the item, distance, and delivery location. Please contact us if you would like to receive a delivery quote.
Ontario & Canada
For most orders shipped within Ontario and across Canada, we use Canada Post.
Shipping costs will vary depending on the size, weight, destination, and packaging requirements of the item. Tracking information will be provided once your order has been carefully packaged and delivered to the Canada Post location for shipment.
For larger, unusually shaped, or particularly fragile pieces, we may recommend an alternative delivery or courier service where appropriate.
International Shipping
We are pleased to offer international shipping.
At this time, our website does not automatically calculate international shipping costs, duties, taxes, or import fees at checkout. Because many of our pieces vary significantly in size, weight, and packing requirements, international shipping is quoted individually.

We will work with our international shipping provider to obtain a shipping quote and, where possible, provide an estimate of applicable duties, taxes, or import charges before you proceed with your purchase.
International customers are responsible for any duties, VAT, taxes, brokerage fees, or other import charges assessed by the destination country unless otherwise stated.
Packing & Handling
Every order is packed with care, with particular attention given to vintage glass, ceramics, lighting, and other fragile objects.
Packaging methods and materials are selected based on the individual piece to help ensure it arrives safely. Where additional packaging, oversized cartons, or specialized handling are required, these costs may be reflected in the shipping quote.
